Is Hemp Legal? The answer is simply and truly YES. There is nothing about hemp that is illegal. There are no laws in the US that make possession of hemp illegal, this includes the cosmetics, hemp seed oil, hemp seed flour, hemp seed cake, hulled hemp seeds, hemp clothing, hemp fabrics, hemp fuel or any other product made from INDUSTRIAL HEMP.

There are no laws in the US that make possession of hemp illegal, this includes the cosmetics, hemp seed oil, hemp seed flour, hemp seed cake, hulled hemp seeds, hemp clothing, hemp fabrics, hemp fuel or any other product made from INDUSTRIAL HEMP.

Hemp seems to ring alert bells in peoples mind, however it shouldn't. Hemp is not marijuana. The main difference between marijuana and hemp is the respective amounts of THC, the psychoactive compound. The appearance and smell also differ slightly.

Hemp which is approved for industrial and food purposes contains only minute amounts of THC, whereas Marijuana contains high amounts. Therefore it's not classified as a drug and you will not have any physical affects that you'd might obtain from marijuana.

THC FREE: We use only hemp seeds from approved varieties of Cannabis Sativa, which do not contain any addictive psychoactive substances

We use purely hemp seed from approved species of sown hemp (so called cannabis sativa), which does not contain any addictive psychoactive substances. The oil is obtained from the seed in cold and in protective atmosphere to save all its bioactive components. That makes pure (familiarly virgin) hemp oil.
